It’s not often you see a GM personally take the time to make sure a customer is taken care of, and that level of involvement and customer service really stood out to me. Louie has overly impressed me. He has been responsive, accommodating, and genuinely concerned with making sure everything is handled correctly. He has gone above and beyond more than once, and his communication and willingness to help have completely changed my impression of the service experience. Things don’t always go perfectly when a vehicle needs service—the difference is how people respond when something needs to be addressed. Art and Louie have both shown me what excellent customer service and leadership look like. Thank you both for going the extra mile. This is the type of service that builds customer loyalty for life and makes me feel confident continuing my relationship with Cadillac. Five stars and absolutely deserved.
